I was so hopeful in booking a private dermatology session with the doctor burova. If you want someone to basically just issue you higher dosage of steroids then go for it but I was extremely disappointed with her advice which was essentially start putting grade 4 steroid cream on my face when I have never even put grade one steroid cream on my face. I have since met another lady who mentioned the dermatologist in Bedford and we have connected the dots and it is the same doctor. Needless to say, neither of us will use her again. I’m just so disappointed in her service.

Dr but ova was meant to be treating me I had at least 6 appointments with her where she said I needed injections. Each time I went for follow up and she asked me how the injection was going I told her the prescription still hadn’t arrived this happened for over 18 months. She kept Promising to look into it. When I saw another Dr who looked into it low and behold she had never surprised it. The prescription was still unsigned in my notes!!! Would never go to see this unorganised dr again.

Dr Burova was interested in me and the condition I presented with. She had allowed sufficient time to understand and investigate the problem and to provide a practical way forward. Very reassuring.

I went to see Dr Burova from another recommendation 5 months ago as I was totally fed up with my acne that I had suffered since my teenage years. I went privately through my insurance company as I knew nothing else works and had previously tried topical ointments/gels etc & antibiotics from my GP and nothing had worked for me. Dr Burova really listened to my concerns and was sympathetic to the distress my acne was causing me, which was a breath of fresh air as I finally felt like I was being taken seriously. Dr Burova has given me some excellent advice to maintain my results and should I need a Dermatologist again in the future I would always recommend her and would return if I needed to again in the future. Thank you so much for all of your help, for the first time in a very long time I am now confident without makeup, a day I never thought I’d see!
