Since E GKRANIA KLOTSAS has taken over my care since my previous Consultant Retired and then the Stand In Left Addenbrooke's I can honestly say i would not want any other Dr to care for my health as she is second to none, her knowledge is excellent, her professionalism is excellent and her help and assistance in getting referred for other clinics has been superb showing that i am a patient and not a number as i feel with many other clinics, she takes the time to listen and understands that each patients health care is individual and i have the upmost respect for her. She is a credit to Addenbrooke's and a few senior staff should take a learning lesson on who she deals with her patients which would improve standards of other consultants

I have the most amazing personable relationship with Effrossyni - she has been my consultant for the last 13 years with respect to my HIV infection and I trust her implicitly with my care and her advice. From guidance about my health to the implications of my drug programme - she keeps me very well indeed and her depth of knowledge and her nature as a doctor give me confidence and satisfaction that I am in the very best hands. Effy is the face of Addenbrookes Hospital for many patients, being an advocate for its innovative and ground-breaking approach to care and without a doubt she is a role model for patient centric interaction and treatment. The simple fact is that she helps me to stay alive and I cannot be any more grateful for her support and help.
