Christina gave me card to update from reception, but should have put full doctor details on it so hope I have correct Dr Waller as doctor. Doctor first class, good bedside manner, sensible and reassuring views. Another doctor had failed to book me in re the appt, so Dr Waller was caught on the hop, however game me injection I wanted. Thanks. Now, surgery needs to get rid of orange carpet as looks dirty. Why have out of date magazines, the 2010 editions of homes mags ...how dirty are they by now, and what illness is getting passed on ! Needs sorting. Leaflets laid flat on desk ! ..they need to be on stands to catch people's eye view. Well done with video link and information display, plus sensible to have children's play desk set up. Reception lady Christina was friendly and polite ..but surgey needs to have made this update process by adding info onto the card if you really want clients to supply info easily...I have done so, as customer service is major part of my job role. Good listening skills and I didn't feel rushed. Reassuring too but I would have liked a bit more explanation about the conditiob. I felt he gave it a deal of thought before diagnosing and feel confident with his clinical reasoning.
