Dr Stapleton leads a first rate surgery. He is up to date, sympathetic and a canny diagnostician. He coordinates well with his patients, his nursing staff and his front of house receptionists; where Sue and Margaret have a good feel for the needs of their patients. Dr Stapleton liaises with other excellent members of the practice: doctors Fallon, Page and Zikko, so if a patient needs to see another doctor there is no handicap. Advice and referrals to consultant specialists are done speedily. Prescriptions are carefully considered and the synergistic relationship with Rhodes, the chemist, means the patient always gets the highest quality of service. A privilege to come to this surgery, where old fashioned virtues of curtesy and confidentiality are kept alongside modern developments.
