Very sensible and tried best efforts to rule out the possible cause, even though tests were all clear, apart from D- Dimers at 9.0 Thank you for your concern and professional care while answering my questions 10/10 from me - Type 1 with short of breath seen on 23/07/23.

Dr. Rana is kind and caring and very informative. She is also very good at her job. I was very nervous of having a second core biopsy after the first (quite painful one) but Dr. Rana is so efficient that I barely felt anything. She takes great care.

Dr Rana was brilliant in every way, kind, but professional, and put me at ease. You knew you were in safe hands and she explained everything concisely. My children and I have always had incredible care at Queens and the doctors go above and beyond in my opinion, especially taking into account their workloads that I'm assuming are vast. The nurses are always so lovely too and support staff, people are genuinely smiling and the approach Dr Rana took - making you comfortable immediately, is in turn fantastic for wellbeing. Plus Queens is always sparkling in my opinion! You'd have to be crazy to moan about it and I've experienced labour ward, postnatal ward, dermatology, paediatrics, 'broken bones dept'. I am proud and grateful Queens is my local hospital. And if you don't like the patient parking charges or other petty gripes, go and live in the States and see how you get on! Thanks again Dr Rana

My mother had a biopsy ultrasound scheduled today. It was our third attempt at having the biopsy (sent to the wrong hospital the first time, second time the Consultant Radiologist said the tumour was too small). The Max Facial Consultant insists she does need the biopsy. I explained the situation to Dr Rana who really listened and was able to the biopsy. So appreciative she was able to help as Mum has dementia and having numerous hospital visits makes her very anxious. Thank you so much!
