I've seen Dr Hallam on three or four occasions on relatively minor matters. This is the only reason for stopping shortly of "Totally" in a couple of the categories above. But, importantly, he treats me as an equal, genuinely listens and doesn't talk down to me. I expect most people of the baby boomer generation would find it easy to relate to him.
