The first psychiatrist I have met who is human down to earth and easy to talk to. Not condescending judgemental or dismissive. Also after a long period of time seeing this doctor it s clear he actually cares and takes the patient (and their distress) seriously.
Makes you feel at ease discussing difficult subjects and responding to distress. Took a while to build my trust due to previous terrible experiences with psychiatry. Decisions are made regarding care and treatment taking into account patient views and after discussion. A breath of fresh air.
