Dr Ponty is the kindest, most empathetic GP I have met. He truly listens and seems to care greatly about his patients, doing all he can to help. I have very complex health conditions which are often dismissed; as a result I have had very bad experiences with medical professionals and so find it incredibly hard to trust them. Saying that I trust this GP, therefore, is a huge testament to him. He has rekindled my faith in the medical profession!
