Dr Shah is condescending, impatient, intolerant and thinks that it is acceptable to make a diagnosis of a very serious nature without even knowing or seeing the patient. Thank goodness it was not what he suspected even though he was adamant about it and said that her was 95% sure that this is what was wrong with the patient!
Dr Shah has caused insurmountable amount of stress and anxiety in a very difficult situation. I cannot recommend this GP as a result of the above.
