Dr Hinkes has responded very promptly each time I have contacted him throughout the lockdown. He has continued to provide advice whenever I ask for it. He is very approachable, kind and professional. Before joining this surgery I had some awful experiences with the NHS which has made be extremely phobic of medical care, which is a real problem as I have several chronic conditions. However, whenever I see someone at Elizabeth House, they always treat me with respect and kindness. I have had to have injections during the lockdown and been concerned about attending the surgery for these appointments. However, each time I have had to go, the staff have made me feel very secure and safe. They have clearly worked hard to prepare the surgery for maximum safety of patients. I honestly cannot think how this surgery could improve as they always get things spot on for me. These professionals should be acknowledged for their exceptional level of care. Dr Hinkes is clearly an exceptional GP to manage to meet every one of my needs during such a difficult period. He has a remarkable GP surgery and should be very proud of it and himself.
