The whole procedure of the gastroenterology department was well organised and all staff attentive. The only exception was my follow up appointment with Dr Chan which they seem to have forgotten. Eventually I got to see him and he gave me a detailed report of the results and prognosis. Thank you Dr Chan.

This doctor is kind, thorough and caring. He explains every detail and takes the time to answer any questions. He is down to earth and very friendly, he makes you feel as if you are the only patient he is seeing that day. The only thing that could help him is to give him more time to do his work.
