Was treated by Dr McGlennon last year, was diagnosed by her before she had even spoke to me. Refused to take concerns seriously and was very dismissive throughout. MDT meetings almost felt like a tickbox exercise to give the appearance patients were being listened to. From discharge also failed to refer care over to a local community mental health team contrary to Dept of Health policy for patients at risk of self harm. Other patients also complained amongst each other that they didn't feel listened to. I hear she has retired now and probably for the best. She seemed like she stopped caring a long time ago. I hope she enjoys retirement, but I'm glad I'll never have to be under her care.
