I have seen Dr Ravindran a few times now, and every time I find him kind, caring, sympathetic and empathetic to my condition. I find that he and his team always try their best to do the best to make you comfortable when administering treatment to me. He not only advises on treat that he can provide but a holistic approach to combatting the effects of my conditions. A lovely man, I recommend him to everyone I know suffering from me condition.

On my first visit to the Pain clinic at Reading Hospital, Dr. Ravindran and his team showed great care of me and viewing others that were also there to see Dr. Ravindran's team it was clear that the care and professionalism of his team. Having been in pain for many years, treatment by other doctors maintained the control of pain as best as they could. From my first consultation with Dr. Ravindran, I was put at ease and he listened as I told him what I was going through, he understood and on that first visit, he was able to help with my pain control, over the years I have been fully confident in his ability to care for me. I fully recommend anyone who is in pain to go and see Dr. Ravindran to get the best care available.

For a number of years now I have had the privilege of being under the care of Dr Ravindran and the team at The Spire, Dunedin Hospital. From the very first consultation with Dr Ravindran I knew I was in good care; he was attentive, patient, compassionate and, despite the fact that my condition of Piriformis Syndrome is uncommon and chronic, expertly knowledgeable. Perhaps most crucially Dr Ravindran spoke with me as a human being and not a ‘case’, which helped greatly to put me at ease and offered me tangible hope in dealing with my condition. He allowed, and continues to accommodate, me and my partner to query all things and always offered candid responses. Numerous procedures over a number of years have since followed the initial consultation, progressively managing my pain to a remarkable degree. Dr Ravindran has conducted every procedure with care, conscientiousness and consideration. Following each procedure, and despite the fact he is clearly very busy, Dr Ravindran always makes time to visit and check that I am OK. To say that I am grateful to be under his care, and is an understatement; they have truly given me, and my partner who cares for me, a leg to stand on. Thank you Dr Ravindran. You are a leg-end.
