I always receive a high level of care from the GPs at my surgery. All the Drs work in a professional and friendly manner both towards myself and my children who are 21, 14 and 7 years. I find the nursing staff also fantastic as well as the reception staff. I feel the staff work well as a team. I can ask a question to the receptionist and I always receive a response either by them themselves if they can answer me or the Dr returns my call. Appointments are readily available and I feel extremely lucky that me and my children are patients registered at the practice. Thank you

Dr Silver is an excellent doctor who really listens and spends time as necessary to ensure you understand everything that is happening. She is great at communicating and explaining and will put things in laymans terms as necessary. I cannot recommend her highly enough. I am extremely pleased with Dr Silver and the whole health centre and can always get an appointment when needed.

I cannot speak highly enough of Dr Deborah Silver, She has been mine and my family's GP and friend for many years , the care we have received from her is absolutely first class. I have been seeing Dr Silver since she joined the practice and the service I receive is second-to-none!! There were times (before Dr Silver joined the practice) that the receptionist were really unhelpful and scary and you dreaded calling the surgery. I felt any Doctor I saw only ever seem to prescribe paracetamol. However, this week couldn't have been more different experience to back then. I called at 0930 to try and see if I could leave a message to speak to Doctor Silver sometime that day. The receptionist couldn't have been more kind, understanding and most importantly helpful and even went the extra mile and got me an appointment booked to see her with in the hour. When you see Doctor Silver she explain things so well and makes it clear what is going on. She doesn't fob you off (with paracetamol!!) and you always come out of her surgery feeling happier at having received such an excellent service. I also agree with one of the other comments listed here - I cant believe the way the press portray doctors in papers. I just feel very, very lucky and grateful to receive the excellent service that Staines Health Group offer. Thank you so much to everyone.
