I always receive a high level of care from the GPs at my surgery. All the Drs work in a professional and friendly manner both towards myself and my children who are 21, 14 and 7 years.
I find the nursing staff also fantastic as well as the reception staff. I feel the staff work well as a team. I can ask a question to the receptionist and I always receive a response either by them themselves if they can answer me or the Dr returns my call.
Appointments are readily available and I feel extremely lucky that me and my children are patients registered at the practice.
