This is an excellent clinic and is also highly thought of by those I have talked to. Receptionists are invariable helpful and all the doctors I have seen are sympathetic and thorough, especially by own GP, Dr Mcivor who gives a great deal of time when necessary to ones problems. A trivial criticism/magazines have disappeared from waiting areas, I cannot believe they carry germs(though my mother used to bake second hand books!!!) and moderate untidiness isn't offensive. Time with the osteopath is too short for much to be achieved.

I think Dr Hancock is brilliant. She is a great listener and understand my problems concerning my health and illness. She advises me on any prescribed medicines.

I came to the drop in clinic, it is easier if its only one problem, the only draw back is being told to wait upstairs and then being called back downstairs to be seen, it is not easy when disabled or elderly.
