I visited the vale hospital as a out of hours appointment as my own surgery had no appointments. When I arrived I was in tears , in pain in my arm and shoulder. I was greeted by a very caring and lovely Dr who was very compassionate, kind and nothing was too much trouble. She listened to me , treating me with respect and dignity at all times. The care I received was above and beyond and would recommend the Dr to any of my friends and family. I have seen many Gp, s but I have to say she is the best one I have ever seen. Thank you
