Most kindest and genuine person I have ever met. Genuinely cares and really did help me to talk about my mental health as I struggle to trust people. I am devastated that he left the surgery I am registered at However I really appreciate the help he gave me. Amazing Doctor. Thank you for your care Doctor Jacobs. I wish you were still around xxxx
