I had the privilege of meeting Dr. Woolf for a consultation regarding sabr laser treatment for my Kidney cancer which decided to pay a visit to my lungs. Dr. Woolf has a wonderful approachable manner, he is very kind, down to earth and patient. He explained things very clearly and among other things pointed out on the CT scan that has never been explained to me before. He exudes competence and gives me great confidence that if anything can be done to help my situation I have picked the right person for the job. In fairness, most of the consultants I’ve seen on my journey are very good but Dr.Woolf stands out. GJ

Dr Woolf has been amazing over the 4 years I have been treated by him. I was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer in June 2018, as a moderately young, healthy, non smoker this was obviously an enormous shock. Dr Woolf listens very carefully and I feel that his responses to any comments or questions are well considered and most importantly honest. Occasionally, due to the complexity of my condition, there have been questions outside of Dr Woolf’s expertise. In these moments I greatly appreciate his willingness to gather and interpret all of the information, which enables him to clearly present me with a set of options. The way Dr Woolf delivers my care leaves me feeling that the treatment is well tailored to my individual needs . As someone who has provided health care previously I know that Dr Woolf is an excellent doctor and am very grateful that he is my consultant .
