We use this surgery a lot and have found all the doctors and staff are extremely helpful
The system they use when you phone and ask to see your doctor is that the receptionist
will book a phone conversation for you with your GP and he will call you back within an allotted time and he will then decide weather he needs to see you if he is fully booked he will book you an appointment with another doctor and you usually get to see him that or within 24hrs .
Fantastic polite and friendly service from everybody at the Collington surgery
