I honestly don't have adequate words to express the gratitude I have for Dr Triska. It was pure serendipity I ended up discussing my condition and real-time lack of emergency care with him earlier this week. I had originally contacted the surgery to discuss my Daughter's - what turned out to harmless - rash. Dr Triska instantly picked up on my state of mind and physical struggles and what proceeded over the next 72 hours was simply incredible. The details are long and complicated however it is no exaggeration to say not only did Dr Triska dramatically improve my compromised health this week he also initiated a process that should dramatically change the way my flare ups are handled locally going forward. Whilst I have, in my opinion, the best specialists looking after my somewhat niche condition as a whole, they are London based and my emergency localised care has been way below par. I've been told time and time in A&E (like I was this week) that I don't know what I am talking about, despite a written diagnosis from The Royal Marsden in my hand, obvious symptoms, clearly deteriorating health and living with this somewhat rare condition in my body for 18 years. Finally someone listened, someone empathised, someone believed me. Dr Triska proactively prescribed better emergency meds, wrote emails, made calls, attended meetings. Again- all in less than 72 hours. If all Doctors were cut from the same cloth as Dr Triska the UK would genuinely be in a much healthier state. Dr Triska did more after one interaction than my previous GP surgery did in 8 plus years- despite my countless tearful and desperate pleas for help. Dr Triska obviously has immense knowledge but is also continuously looking to learn more and help his patients- there's no ego- I saw this first hand. In addition the surgeries stance on using technology and improving working practises is clearly evident. I cannot recommend Dr Triska or the surgery as a whole enough. My experience was outstanding and I am extremely grateful. The stars were definitely aligned.

Dr Triska has been a god send to my family after the loss of our 17 year old son that was murdered. Due to the trauma we are dealing with we are unable to receive professional counselling until the six month point but Dr Triska has seen us on a weekly basis and just listened to us as a family and has a great way of advising without telling. He has also offered to talk to other family members to help them understand what trauma means, enabling them to understand and help us in a more positive way. We have hit many brick walls since our beautiful son died and have sadly been let down but most of the professional organisations that are supposed to help us so thank goodness Dr Triska has come into our lives. Without doubt one of the best GP's you will ever encounter. Thank you Dr Triska

Dr Triska is a superb GP. He has served as an army doctor in the Kosovan war yet does not treat your concerns as trivial. He is not only computer literate but uses digital tools to assist your first diagnosis online and if necessary then gets you an appointment as quickly as possible. He has very practical solutions thinking out of the box such as applying honey patches to skin burns. He is a “can do” doctor and actually listens to you. He does not clock watch nor gets out the prescription pad to write down any old medicine before he has not assured himself of the right medication for your needs.

That's a lovely bit of feedback, really appreciate it - it does mean a lot to us to hear that what we are doing is helping.

He is brilliant. He went out of his way to help me and was one of the most empathetic and caring doctors I have ever seen. He's not my GP, actually, but he is fabulous. I always intended to write to the surgery afterwards to thank him personally but I haven't done that yet so I hope that maybe he will read this.

Thank you, that’s really kind of you to let me know. We do all try hard for our patients and it is so nice to hear it helped someone - I will try my best to keep this up for everyone I see.
