I visited today the urgent clinic with my daughter who was the patient. This was my first meeting of Dr Thomas, I do know the other doctors who are in the practice but had not met Dr Thomas. I was pleasantly surprised by his kind nature towards my daughter, he explained what he was going to do and reassured my daughter, checking her ears! He listened to my concerns and advised me of his plan! Dr Thomas was very polite and professional but "warm and friendly in a Father Christmas sort of way," my daughters description of Dr Thomas on her return to school! Thank you for being so gentle towards my daughter and for reassuring me as a parent! I would definitely see Dr Thomas again if I needed to! Thank you!
