Dr Smart helped our family at a very difficult time of our lives. He is understanding and gave me a chance to talk. He is a very caring, professional doctor with humanity and insight. It was the practical help that made a difference to me, cannot recommend highly enough. For many years he as always been thorough, caring and professional. The NHS needs more like him!
