We had sudden concerns over the health of our 11 month old son and being parents of an anxious nature wanted reassurance that everything was ok with him. Rather than go through the NHS, we decided, on balance, that we wanted an expert opinion right away, and booked to see Dr Shortland at the Nuffield Hospital in Bournemouth. This was the best decision we could have made. Dr Shortland examined our son with great care and thoroughness and followed this with a comprehensive discussion of his findings. His wealth of experience was obvious and we felt reassured.
