The care I received from Dr Sheppard was amazing. He listened to everything I had to say & explained everything I needed to know. I did'nt feel rushed & felt he really cared. We all feel anxious about hospital appointments but Dr Sheppard makes you feel at ease as soon as you walk through the door, which is so important.
