Dr Ruben is one of posisibly only three doctors from (currently, 13...? can't keep up with the many new "other" doctors in and out of this particular practice door...) who is EXCELLENT. He listens, he is efficient, he attempts to resolve - and unlike some (most..) of the other medical and administrative staff, he is neither rude, nor dismissive - and for this, one has to be thankful as a patient at Langstone Way Surgery....!

The time he takes to examine all aspects and ensure that the patient understands everything is very re-assuring. I leave very confident in my treatment and that I can manage my condition better. The time he takes may lead to a longer queuing time.
