Saw Dr McKenzie as I was worried about my 2 year old son who had a variety of symptoms and had not eaten or drunk much for a week. I was worried I was overreacting but wanted reassurance. Dr McKenzie was so kind and thorough and made sure I knew how to get my son back to good health. He took his time, explained everything and made me feel like my worries were valid. My son is feeling much better already and I’m so thankful we visited.

I have used the triage system many times and have not needed to see a doctor. On this occasion I was offered a face to face with Dr McKenzie the next working day. He gave me plenty of time and fully explained next steps & medication. Good to know we can see a great doctor when we need to.
