Dr David was very helpful and willing to explain what he was doing and what it meant to the patient. He was considerate and helpful in his analysis.

Excellent care and consideration. Would have liked a "modesty blanket" I did write a longer review but it got" lost" after I viewed the terms & conditions. Very frustrating!!

We are aware that our tests are a potential source of distress for patients and our efforts are always focused on reducing this by providing comprehensive and understandable information and a comfortable environment. After departmental discussion, we have improved the availability of modesty blankets and other means to ensure comfort and privacy for patients. We are sure that future patients will benefit from the improvements made thanks to your comments. I am sorry to hear about your frustrating experience with the website. It would have been lovely to receive the full feedback.

I met Dr Lopez today for the first time .I found him very informative with the examination and his manner very pleasant .Dr Lopez was very courteous and put me at ease immediately .This was a fine example of the NHS at it's best .

Today i saw Dr Martin in clinic for the first time ,he has a very pleasing and refreshing personality which made me feel at ease immediately. He engaged me in every aspect of the procedures and that was very comforting ,he is a great asset to the national health service. David Johnson (Patient)

Very helpful and professional- listened. Explained all the proceedures and reported on the outcome of the tests. The receptionist was welcoming not just to us but to others arriving for an appointment.
