Very relaxed, laid back, and easy to talk to. I don't have occasion to see him too often, but saw him coming out of the surgery today as I was going in for a flu jab. He stopped and we had a chat. He knew who I was, remembered I'd moved etc. He doesn't make me feel like a number!
