I feel very fortunate that Dr David De Klerk is my GP now. Every time I have seen him he listens carefully to the reason for my visit and then with confidence decides on the course of treatment needed. He has a kind, caring nature.

Dr De Klerk was my GP at the Sandhurst surgery for a number of years. He is an excellent doctor and I’m sad that he has left the practice now. I always found him to be very polite, caring and professional. He always made time to listen and I wish him well in his future employment.

Dr de Klerk has been my GP over the past 5 years and can thoroughly recommend him. I have received sympathetic and supportive care throughout that time.

It is very sad to hear Dr De Klerk is leaving the practice at the end of March.He has been a great help to both myself and my partner over the last 5 years.
I do not know the reason for him leaving but would wish him well and great success in whatever and wherever he goes.

Dr David De Klerk is the very best example of an excellent doctor. He is kind, comforting, professional and has a wealth of medical knowledge. He has always been happy to refer me if and when necessary. He has helped me through a very difficult time in my life with honesty and understanding. I cannot recommend this excellent doctor highly enough; if you are one of his patients you feel truly cared about. Outstanding!
