I was diagnosed by by another substantive GP in the practice and had returned for discussion of my recent blood test results and treatment options. Dr Crispin-Chavez was indifferent, uncompassionate, dismissive and provided no professional opinion of my treatment choices. My overriding view was that he wanted to expedite my consultation as quickly as possible by closing down any questions that I asked by replying it was up to me how I deal with it. I felt that the appointment was completely wasted and still have no treatment plan for my condition. This doctor’s arrogance and diffidence needs urgent review as his total lack of communication does not foster trust or confidence. He shows a distinct lack of compassion and care for his patient which would make me question why he is in the profession.
