I am a 70y.o and was sent to the cardiology dept at the outpatient of Hallamshire Hospital,
After the initial tests, I was taken to see the consultant Dr. David Barmby, I was surprised to be questioned and asked details of my symptoms, (surprised because normally you have 10 minutes to talk to a Dr that has all the details and needs not much to go on) after reading all the reports and tests taken, Cardiogram, Blood Pressure, and the letter sent by my GP, he took his time to consult me and advise me with patience and in full detail.
My visit lasted approximately 30 minutes, what a real pleasure to speak to a Dr that doesn't look at his watch, I recommend Dr. Barmby and I am sure he will make a difference to my various conditions that taunt me for years, looking forward to my next visit.
