I have a problem with needles but Dr Banks was very understanding, listened to my concerns actively, explained the procedures to be used clearly and discussed an alternative method should I be unable to go through the preferred method of putting me under. I found him to be an excellent practitioner and would have no reservation in recommending his services to others.
