Dr Goh has tremendous empathy and drive to help his patients. He has actually saved my life as I was contemplating suicide and asked for my friends and family’s blessing. He literally was my last option before this and he changed everything. He listened, understood my condition very well (Eds) and put in place fail-safe measures and most importantly, he gave me hope again. Yes, I have still got a progressive illness but it’s amazing what a good GP can do for his patients when they are equipped with a bounty of knowledge and the correct ethics. Thank you Dr Goh. Dr Goh has been the first GP over the last few years who has been my Doctor of preference. He takes the time to listen and gives realistic information backed up with written information to read at home. The two problem I have presented with have both been solved, one of which has been long standing. I feel he takes the time to review patients notes before making a diagnosis

Dr Goh took time and care explaining to my mother (I am her carer) about her care plan. He was patient and kind and didn't mind repeating what needed to be done to treat her eye successfully. Also when I had an additional query he was happy to answer my questions and explained what the course of action would be even though it was ridiculously late and he'd probably had a really long day.

I had reason to visit Fellview surgery Cleator Moor recently in an emergency and was dealt with by Dr Goh who took immediate action to alleviate my condition. He then spent some considerable time ensuring that I was able to see a specialist at Carlisle hospital the following day. I want to record my experience as the service I received from Dr Goh and the specialist and staff at Carlisle was excellent. Thank-you for your care and complete professionalism.
