I cannot commend more highly the care and support that Dr Franzmann gives. One never feels hurried despite time constraints. One is always made to feel that your problem is important and given proper consideration. This level of professionalism is reflected in all doctors and nurses I have seen since I joined the practice some years ago.

I do not often need to visit a GP but have always been impressed by the care and consideration shown by the practice. I recently had cause to contact the surgery and a home visit was arranged. Dr Danielle Franzmann came to see me and I was so impressed by her caring, compassion and her overall examination of me, that I felt I had to put it on record. I wish I could add a constructive suggestion as to how treatment could have been improved. From my phone call, through reception, to call back and finally to home call was exemplary. Dr Franzmann is friendly, kind, caring and knowledgeable. She listens and responds with reassuring compassion and follows up on any tests, referrals and treatments she has prescribed in order to ensure everything is on the right track. Whilst remaining professional she made me feel like I was talking to a friend, she is a wonderful, happy, smiley person and a fantastic GP ( I only ever want to see her!). Parkwoord Surgery is blessed to have her, please don't ever let her leave!

Dr Franzmann is very helpful, knowledgeable, understanding and sympathetic whenever I see her. She listened to what I was saying and talked me through everything leaving me feeling well looked after. Recommended.
