I personally find these sites of questionable use, but if I can have an opportunity to feedback on an individual who has really gone over and above the level expected in the NHS these days then I must participate.
I was simply amazed that someone would spend the time and effort explaining things to me in such a way when he clearly had so many other things going on that were requiring his attention.
Thank you is not enough, but if said sincerely should mean a lot.
My faith in the NHS is here-by restored
