He is always patient and understanding. He tries to offer me the time that I need which I know is very difficult. It is unusual for me to manage to stay with and trust a Gp. I’m so grateful for his help.

I thoroughly endorse all the positive comments made about Dr Dietch, who is remarkable for his listening skills and obvious respect for his patients. He has been a great help to me and my family and I'm very grateful that he is at Lonsdale. I just wish it was easier to get an appointment with him!

Dr Dietch is an excellent Gp. Others should use him as an example of how to treat their patients with respect total care and understanding. He always listens and involves me in the decisions about my care leaving me feeling empowered. I trust him 100% with my care.

Dr Dietch is my GP. Recently I was diagnosed with cancer and post operation his care and thoughtfulness have been beyond expectations. Whether is is helping with some depression resulting from the diagnosis or helping find sensible solutions to after chemo side effects I cannot laud him enough. All this is helped by the fantastic system and reception staff who are unfailingly polite and helpful. Of course getting an appointement can be difficult these days, but they always do their best. All in all I would rate Dr Dietch very highly and the surgery too.

I feel Dr. Daniel Dietch enjoys helping his patients. He makes me feel positive and relaxed. He stabilizes my physical and psychological health. Patiently he listens to me and gives me answers on all my questions. Also Dr. Dietch explains and gives me advice on all my medications and treatments. When I had health scare he called the hospital to check my scan results, then he called me to tell me good news. I will never forget that moment. Dr. Dietch treats me like his own mother, with respect and with care for my health. He is always in good mood and smiling, which makes me feel welcomed. Unlike some other doctors who couldn't wait to finish my appointment just after a few minutes. I find that very rude. I felt then so low and I never went to see them again. Dr. Dietch should be an example to other GPs.
