Listens and advises with confidence, explains why treatment or tests are needed. Made himself available to see me after an initial phone consultation and again after a subsequent visit to the practice nurse, arranged addmitance to hosptal care within minutes, whilst i was in consultation with him. within the day I was diagnosed and given treatment for a PE
