The GP feels as though she is helping, however prefers to speak over the patients and command control of a conversation where I was demonstrating mental and physical aliments, I just wanted to be spoken to like a human and not be just another statistic.

Dr Brookes is a very conscientious doctor and very thorough. She is a good listener and she is excellent at explaining things to you. She is very understanding and her manner puts you at ease, even at stressful times.
