The only Dr who really listened & gave me the right treatment for very high blood pressure which caused days of migraine agony, having previously been fobbed off with paracetamol - never even had a headache since!! I always tried to see him for my appointments & miss him terribly since he retired.
Speaking as an elderly patient it is very important to have continuity if at all possible. A doctor needs to look at the patient in the eyes while the patient is speaking which sadly some do not
