Recent events have proved that other Doctors, especially locums, listen more sympathetically and offer more constructive advice. Up till now, I have not had this experience at Heathcote. It could be that this negativity actually deters us from visiting our doctor when it's important that we do. Very few patients attend surgery for trivial reasons and are acutely conscious of 'timewasting'.......

Dr Luxman is a very friendly, approachable and very caring. He listenend to my problems and if necessary he invites me to be fee and forthcoming. I feel very comfortable with him.
All the treatments offered to me by him has been just perfect.
