He was condescending and arrogant. This doctor needs dignity and respect training.

This was my first experience of visiting the surgery. I attended the drop in session on a Monday morning. Dr Cole reviewed my medication and arranged for me to have a blood test to review my thyroid function. He was courteous, approachable and i didn't feel rushed.
