She was calm.professional and totally focused on my needs. She calmly carried out a check and quickly phoned for an ambulance when things appeared difficult for me. She phoned me in the evening at home to see how I was feeling and expressed care and concern. She was the locam at our practice. I only wish she was my permanent doctor.
