Awesome! I contacted my doctors as I hadn't seen one in ages and was a bit worried that I hadn't been for a so long. Dr newbrook sorted me out and made me feel comfortable and I'm now feelin better and won't leave it so long next time.

It is well known that getting a GP appointment in a practical timescale is proving increasingly difficult. When Dr Newbrook proposed my next consultation could be delivered by 'phone I was pleased. When this was followed by, "Is it ok if I call you between these times?", I was delighted. It proved to be an efficient, practical and timely approach; ideal for time pressured GP's and offering patients a solution to a real issue. Face to face appointments still have a place of course, yet the 'phone gives all parties greater flexibility. Kind regards David Miskimin

I saw Dr Newbrook before Christmas as an emergency appt. She was caring and friendly and took the time to listen to my problems. Immediately she called a&e to see if orthopedics could see me straight away - which they could. She sent me on my way and asked me to call her to let her know. I called her the following day to let her know what happened and she still seemed caring and was grateful for me calling her to advise her what was wrong. Perfect doctor, they should all be like Dr Newbrook.
