She displays a natural willingness to listen to patient concerns. Her ability to make medical issues clear is unparalleled and she is always straightforward and frank. She bears with great grace the responsibility of making the medical realities for her patients unambiguous as well as understandable. She manifests a firmness of purpose where such is needed and combines this with an evident compassion for those in her care.
