I was having major problems sleeping, i was seen by Dr. Ewles who listened to everything i said, and at the end of the consultation i was offered Zopiclone sleeping tablets, now these are very rarely given i am told, and they really worked a treat, straight away. Other doctors i had seen told me "Natural sleep is the best" and "There is nothing i can give you, have you tried counting to 100?" very pathetic and "safe" advice, i had all kinds of different rubbish prescribed before i saw her, from histamines to coco drinking chocolate, none of them worked for this very real problem of not being able to sleep. I was so grateful that she gave me them, they are exactly what i needed, zopiclone 7,5 NOT more rubbish from over the counter or more unhelpful doctors. Doctors would say they are helping you by not prescribing sleeping tablets, but they really are not, they are doing nothing at all to help the problem.
