Dr. Dinsdale simply oozed confidence when attending to me, and managed to transmit this to me, the patient. I also liked the way in which she informed involved her young team, which was extremely derailed but friendly. As a layman, possibly I should not comment on such things, but feel that her approach will ultimately benefit patients for many years to come.
