I complained to the Doctor that a members of his staff, in particular a nurse who ordered me around, spoke over me, and did not let me finish my sentence while I was trying to ask her what she was testing for when she was taking my blood sample, did not listen to their patients and did not answer their questions. He did not say anything, I was expecting to say he would raise the issue with the staff member but no apology, no attempt at resolution.
