Patients are in and out of his office quicker than anyone elses, you almost get the feeling he works on some sort of turnover bonus! He doesn't listen and doesn't appear to want to listen, simple writes out a prescription and that's it your done! ... and this is also repeated by other people who see him as well! I went to him on numerous occasions over about 10 years with the same problem to which he would prescribe pain killers (which were cheaper to buy over the counter than with a prescription!!) It wasn't until I saw another doctor in the practice who suggested a simple blood test which finally found what the problem was. Why over 10 years was it not suggested even once by Dr Quartly ... Oh that's right because he doesn't listen!! I could give plently more opinions about this doctor, I have simply chosen not to see him if I have to make an appointment.
