Dr Marshall made me feel confident from our first meeting before surgery going through everything I needed to know with a clear and straight forward explanation.
Once prepped and ready for surgery I felt calm and reassured, everything was done with a fantastic bed side manner and made the whole experience so much nicer.

A very good doctor with a great bedside manner. I previously had a bad reaction to anaesthetic years ago so was slightly worried about another surgery, but he was very reassuring & had a great manner that put me thoroughly at ease, and I felt absolutely nothing when hooking me up/putting the needles in etc.

A very pleasant and professional man who made me feel very much at ease.
He explained the procedure in great detail although I do not remember anything about the operation! I cannot fault his professional approach.
